Turn It Up Dance Challenge is a dance competition and convention company based in Massachusetts.

We are dedicated to providing a high-quality, organized, and stress-free platform for young dancers to improve as artists. Our events take place in over 27 different states along the East Coast and throughout the Midwest.

Job Description:

We are seeking energetic, positive, and passionate individuals to join our team as Social Media Crew Members. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing media and managing our company’s social media platforms during events.

You will also provide excellent customer service by assisting guests and supporting other event roles as needed. This position requires on-site presence at our events, and you can be based anywhere within the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture media content (photos and videos) during events.
  • Manage company social media platforms, including posting updates and engaging with followers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees.
  • Support other event roles as needed.
  • Travel to our events, which typically run from Friday to Sunday and average a 40-hour work weekend.
  • Attend mandatory company training at the end of January in Massachusetts.
  • Travel arrangements, such as flights, train tickets, and hotel accommodations, will be provided.

Qualifications:

  • Energetic and positive attitude.
  • Passion for social media and content creation.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site at events.
  • No prior experience with dance competitions or dance required.
