As the Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that enhances brand visibility, engages our audience, and drives business growth. You will manage channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok, ensuring consistent brand messaging and an engaging online presence.

Key responsibilities include overseeing our ambassador program and affiliate marketing initiatives, crafting and publishing content, monitoring industry trends, and fostering an inclusive online community. Additionally, you will collaborate with creative and marketing teams, manage brand partnerships and ambassador relationships, and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies. Your role is pivotal in amplifying our brand’s reach, ensuring alignment with company values and continuous improvement through data-driven insights.

Required:

• 5+ years experience in related position
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Previous experience as a Social Media Specialist, managing Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Previous experience in managing ambassador programs and affiliate marketing.

Compensation: $100,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
