Are you a skilled content creator and social media subject matter expert?

As Social Media Specialist, you will develop and implement effective social media strategies for our industry-leading Hot Spring Spas, Caldera Spas, Freeflow Spas and Fantasy Spas brands.

You will own all aspects of social media management, including the creation of social media strategies, planning and creation of social media calendars, content generation and publication, moderation of user-generated content, and social data analysis.

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

  • Can you develop social media strategies?
    • You’ll create strategies to achieve marketing targets, then will collaborate with internal Brand Managers and the Assistant Content Marketing Manager to implement them. You’ll be responsible for campaign-specific social media frameworks and will partner with the Marketing team on the content review and briefing processes. Further, you will plan and manage social campaigns, monitoring related metrics and KPIs to ensure target achievements and pivoting when analytics deem it necessary.
  • Do you enjoy social content creation?
    • You will own all aspects of social content creation, to include vision setting, planning, and implementing the creation of customized and engaging social media video, image, and other content across a variety of platforms. The right candidate stays updated on social media trends, advises internal customers on best standard processes, a cohesive social strategy, and creates compelling, creative content that will drive engagement and enhance brand reputation.
  • Are you an effective communicator?
    • This high-visibility role allows for a great deal of creative freedom; we’ll look to you as the voice of the industry and social media trends. You will work on large projects driven by our Brand teams and will need to clearly articulate your ideas in a compelling manner, connecting social trends to our business needs and translating the “why.”
  • Are you versed in analytics reporting?
    • Using Google Analytics, Sprout Social, and native reporting tools, you will identify key brand metrics and prepare related reports. Additionally, you’ll create and review reports on the social presence of our national competitors. You will also compile reports of dealer social media activity and posts for sharing out with internal partners.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications from four-year college or university; 3-5 years’ related experience in social media marketing and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, Google Docs/Spreadsheets, and social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and Houzz.
  • Proficiency in and experience with Social Studio, Sprout Social, or similar social media platform.
  • Light video and photo editing skills required.
  • Experience with Facebook Insights and Google Analytics a plus.
  • Strong customer engagement skills and community management experience.
  • Eager and hardworking learner.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization. Ability to present information to a group of co-workers, supervisors, managers or higher-level executives.
  • Ability to effectively work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
