As a Social Media Specialist, you will craft and maintain the brand’s presence across all social platforms, ensuring content aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives. You will leverage analytics to enhance engagement and audience growth.

• Hours per week: 40 hours
• Location: Northridge, CA (Remote)

Day in the Life:

• Build engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, including posts, stories, and reels.
• Develop and manage editorial content and calendars for social media activities.
• Handle internal approvals for social assets, optimizing based on feedback for timely launches.
• Monitor and optimize performance using analytics, focusing on audience growth and engagement.
• Manage relationships with content partners and influencers, ensuring timely asset delivery.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer-facing social media marketing.
• Strong content creation skills, especially in static and video formats, with a preference for experience in healthcare.
• Proficiency in analytics and tracking for performance optimization.
• Experience in managing content consistency and driving social media conversations.
