Delaware North is hiring for a Digital Marketing Social Media Specialist to join our corporate team. As a Digital Marking Social Media Specialist , you will be a brand advocate contributing to the social media strategies collaborating closely with partners across the organization to heighten awareness of our brand content and drive user engagement through social media channels.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Salary: $55341 – $66140 / year

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execution of social media strategies including offering guidance on emerging social media trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that will be shared with the leadership team.
  • Manage and develop social strategies across various channels.
  • Drive Social Kpi’s / Metrics.
  • Ability to work across multiple teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • One year of experience developing content and managing social properties in a corporate or hospitality environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the digital and social media landscape, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in digital photo editing, social media photography, and styling.
  • Experience using a content management system preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication including strong storytelling and content development.
