London Computer Systems (LCS) is actively seeking a Social Media Specialist for our Marketing department in Cincinnati, Ohio.

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the LCS and Rent Manager voice across social marketing channels, and reinforcing corporate marketing efforts by nurturing the LCS and Rent Manager online communities.

Responsibilities

• Create shareable written and graphical content across social media channels.
• Create social media strategies that align with marketing goals.
• Expand the company’s presence on social media platforms.
• Develop content topics that appeal to customers and prospects.
• Follow and contribute to conversations among users.
• Analyze metrics and adjust approaches to improve marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with both internal and external teams to source content, including user case studies and spotlight articles.
• Develop and maintain compelling content and graphic standards for LCS and Rent Manager that are consistent with the tone, look, and feel of our brand voice.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as Marketing or Communications) or equivalent work experience required
• 1+ year of prior corporate social media strategy management experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven working experience in social media marketing and expert knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Detail- and customer-oriented approach with proven multitasking and organizational abilities
• Solid understanding of: The unique nature of B2B communications; how LCS and Rent Manager’s target audiences interact with various media; how to adjust voice terminology based on communications vehicle
