As a Social Media Sales Intern at Trainual, you’ll play a crucial role in turning social media engagements into sales opportunities.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with individuals who like, comment on, or share our social media advertising on platforms like Facebook and Instagram. You’ll aim to start conversations, answer questions, and guide them towards booking demos or signing up for a free trial. This role is a blend of social media marketing and sales, offering growth potential in both areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with individuals who interact with Trainual’s social media ads, including shares, likes, loves, and comments.
• Initiate conversations and guide potential customers toward sales-related activities, such as booking a demo or starting a free trial.
• Use your social media skills to create short and effective dialogue with prospects.
• Track the individuals you engage with and monitor their progress in the sales pipeline.
• Share specific links to drive sales demos and free trial sign-ups, attributing them to your efforts.
• Collaborate with our marketing team, including the VP of Marketing and Paid Media Lead.

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media content creation and engagement.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
• Prior experience in marketing or social media for a business is a plus.
• Must be available for weekly meetings and regular check-ins on social media ad engagements.
