In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing the online presence of both of our brands through various social media platforms.

Your primary focus will be on content creation, data-driven analysis, trend identification, and producing engaging videos and photos. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape the digital presence of our brands and foster deeper connections with our target audience.

You have a keen eye for trends, a flair for creating compelling multimedia content, and a desire to drive follower growth and engagement.

Essential Functions

  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging and relevant content for all social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Produce high-quality videos, photos, and graphics that align with the brand’s identity and message.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, using analytical tools to track key metrics and KPIs.
  • Generate reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement weekly.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase followers and build a community of loyal brand advocates.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages promptly and fostering two-way conversations.
  • Run contests, giveaways, and other engagement-driven initiatives to boost community participation.
  • Keep a close eye on industry trends and changes in the social media landscape, adapting strategies to maximize visibility.
  • Leverage emerging trends and viral content to enhance brand presence and engagement.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that social media efforts align with overall marketing goals and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal or external teams for content creation, such as graphic designers and videographers.
  • Maintain a content calendar to plan and organize social media posts, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery. Update as changes occur.
  • Schedule posts and track their performance to optimize posting times.
  • Conduct A/B testing on content to determine the most effective strategies for audience engagement and conversion.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong knowledge of video and photo editing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Adept at staying current with social media trends.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics.
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
