Role Overview: As the Social Media Marketing Manager for Continental Europe, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing FGS Global’s social media strategy.

Your responsibilities will include managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, driving audience engagement, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy.

This role requires a strategic and creative thinker with a strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Key Tasks:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media & digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness.
  • Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and audience engagement.
  • Develop and implement a CRM strategy in collaboration with the marketing team in Continental Europe.
  • Create compelling content, including text, images, and videos aligned with the target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in social media marketing and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams and in-house design teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Conduct competitive research and benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets to achieve a positive return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Qualifications:

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven professional experience in social media & digital marketing, with successful campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO/SEM and proven content marketing skills.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems (knowledge of MS Dynamics is a plus).
  • Strategic and creative thinker with a keen eye for visual design and storytelling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Good understanding of the consulting service market and the ability to translate thought leadership into engaging content.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Service mentality with a holistic view of overall marketing strategy.
