We are seeking a TikTok Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis for a 3-month project for 20 hours a week.

In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to develop and manage our TikTok influencer program from the ground up, leveraging our influencer marketing tool to establish and nurture strong influencer relationships in the beauty space.

As the TikTok Influencer Marketing Specialist at Rodan + Fields, you will be responsible for developing and executing a TikTok influencer marketing strategy that aligns with our brand’s objectives and values.

You will work closely with the social media team to identify, onboard, and manage influencers who can effectively promote our products and engage our target audience on TikTok.

This is a dynamic role that requires creativity, strategic thinking and problem solving, a strong reputational lens, and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Job Title: TikTok Influencer Marketing Manager (Contractor; part-time)
  • Location: Remote (US)
  • Duration: 3 Months; 20 hours per week (potential to extend)
  • Compensation: $60–$80/hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Development: Build a TikTok influencer marketing program from the ground up, setting up the influencer marketing platform, hiring and managing influencers, requesting shipment fulfillment, negotiating, reporting on success, and more.
  • Influencer Identification: Identify and research potential TikTok influencers in the beauty space that align with our brand values and target audience demographics. Ability to review influencers for reputational concern and brand relevancy.
  • Relationship Management: Utilize our influencer marketing tool to manage influencer relationships, negotiations, and contracts. Excellent communicator who will effectively provide influencer updates and ensure program runs flawlessly, with a goal of creating long-term brand advocates.
  • Develop Influencer Briefs: Draft briefs for influencers, defining all details necessary for successful TikTok content creation and deployment, aligning with Rodan + Fields’ commercialization needs.
  • Content Collaboration + Review: Collaborate with influencers to create engaging and authentic TikTok content that showcases our products in a creative and appealing manner that’s on trend. Review all content, ensuring compliance with FTC and brand/product guidelines.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns on TikTok, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Ability to develop reports to share with executive leadership team on progress.
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget allocated for TikTok influencer marketing, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Excellent knowledge of influencer costs based on channel performance.
  • Product Shipment: Ability to place product shipment orders via our online fulfillment center to influencer mailing addresses, communicating tracking numbers and ensuring delivery.
  • Compliance: Ensure all influencer partnerships adhere to FTC guidelines and legal requirements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing, specifically on TikTok with Gen Z audience.
  • Experience or passion for beauty preferred.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithm, and audience.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills with influencers.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools and platforms, such as CreatorIQ, Grin, Mavrck, etc.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
