Better Home Care is currently seeking an experienced home health recruiter with a background in social media.
The ideal candidate will focus on recruiting Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), and Registered Nurses (RN) for Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Bucks counties. Successful candidates should possess a solid background in home health recruiting and have experience with various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, blog sites, and online organizations.
In addition to recruiting responsibilities, this role involves developing and implementing the company’s social media strategy to enhance online presence and support marketing and sales efforts. The candidate will also be responsible for generating a monthly company newsletter, including relevant articles, employment opportunities, and more.
The recruiter will handle the onboarding process, which includes collecting all necessary documentation and scheduling candidate interviews and training.
As an HR recruiter, you will play a crucial role in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team, providing recruitment for long-term care, skilled departments, and offices to ensure clients receive the necessary medical staff to remain in their homes.

Salary: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
