Description of Work:
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in planning, developing, and overseeing the effectiveness of digital communications for the department, with a focus on expanding DDAP’s digital presence.
Your responsibilities will encompass being the agency’s website editor, leading content management and website analytical activities.
Additionally, you’ll serve as the social media manager, developing and leading the agency’s approach to utilizing social media tools in alignment with the agency’s mission and goals.
As the agency’s creative director, you will compose the agency branding guide and manage digital projects in collaboration with the Governor’s Office.
Exceptional interpersonal skills are a must, as you will be actively networking with various bureaus to manage content and graphics.
Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: Opportunity for part-time telework, up to 2 days per week, subject to change based on operational needs. Secure high-speed internet connection required for telework. If unable to telework, reporting to the headquarters office in Harrisburg is an option.

Qualifications:
Required Experience, Training & Eligibility
- Minimum of two years of professional communications experience and a bachelor’s degree; or
- An equivalent combination of education and experience.
