Description

Do you have a passion for real estate or homeownership? Churchill Mortgage is seeking a motivated Social Media Manager to work in the Marketing department. This role will be responsible for driving targeted traffic to Churchill’s social media channels, as well as other digital marketing efforts to help shape the company’s social presence. This position will be based on-site in our home office in Brentwood, TN.

Responsibilities

  • Create innovative content that connects with our audience and tells a story for corporate social media channels
  • Manage and oversee social media posts and campaigns for corporate and Home Loan Specialists
  • Interact with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
  • Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media
  • Plan, test, and continually optimize paid social media advertising
  • Track and analyze social media data to gain insight on traffic and effectiveness
  • Train sales team on how to best utilize their social media accounts
  • Provide social media support to regional sales teams
  • Collaborate with others and contribute strategic and creative ideas

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years relevant social media/digital marketing experience
  • In-depth business use and knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Pinterest, LinkTree
  • Strong copywriting skills with proven ability to develop lively and engaging copy/content
  • Ability to create social graphics in Canva or Adobe (as well as Reels, TikToks) etc.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization for social media
  • Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as HubSpot and Social Pilot
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to utilize these concepts through different forms of outreach for clients and partners
