As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our organization’s social media strategy. Your goal is to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster a positive online presence. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, content creation, community management, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns.
  • Content Creation:
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team and graphic designers to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Community Management:
  • Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels.
  • Foster a positive and interactive online presence, building and maintaining relationships with followers.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement.
  • Coordinate with other teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools. Use data insights to optimize content strategy and improve overall social media effectiveness.
  • Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and integration of emerging platforms.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and design, to ensure a unified brand voice across all channels.
  • Social Media Advertising:
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to support marketing objectives.
  • Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies based on results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 Years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
