Join us in a dynamic role working with clients, directing shoots, and ensuring the creation of compelling content. As a Social Media Manager, you will strategize, implement, and manage social media accounts for multiple brands.

This includes overseeing video editors and copywriters to produce top-tier content. The position may require occasional commuting to our office in Encino, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and implement social media strategies across multiple brands.
  • Manage content on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, etc.
  • Identify insights and social media trends through data analytics.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and brand teams.
  • Engage and grow online communities through effective community management.
  • Monitor brand consistency, customer engagement, and web traffic of social media campaigns.
  • Analyze competitor social media channels.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, video editing, and/or creative direction.
  • Proficiency in content creation specialized for various social media platforms.
  • Experience with photography and graphic design is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.

Compensation:

  • $150 to $400 per month, per social account managed
  • $20 to $25 per hour
  • Location: Encino, CA

Note: Starts on a contract basis. Full-time positions offered to top performers.
