Join the marketing and communications team at the Foster School of Business, where we are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to drive engagement and increase brand awareness across various social media channels. This role involves collaborating with internal partners, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics. Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Production and Engagement (90%)

• Collaborate with internal partners to manage content production workflows.
• Create paid social media content to support marketing campaigns.
• Develop and maintain social media guidelines and best practices.
• Stay updated on social media trends in higher education.
• Measure and analyze post-performance data to inform future campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts for the Dean of the Foster School of Business.

Other Duties (10%)

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of professional social media experience.
• Demonstrated communication skills, including copywriting and editing.

What You Bring:

• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Experience creating engaging content for various social media channels.
• Proficiency in design and editing tools, including Adobe Premiere and Photoshop.

What You Can Expect:

• Provided with an iPhone and content production equipment.
• Work in a cubicle/open workspace environment.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours, if necessary.
