Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Growth: Focus on increasing followers, engagement, comments, likes, and shares across platforms.
• Social Media Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency and voice across platforms with strategic ideas and effective management.
• Campaign Creation: Develop social media campaigns for monthly online business launches to boost engagement and convert followers into customers.
• Analytics & Tracking: Study monthly numbers, analyze performance, and devise strategies for improvement.
• Learning New Trends: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and swiftly implement them into the strategy.
• Content Creation: Generate engaging content for daily captions, weekly emails, text messages, and blogs.
• Community Management: Engage with comments, address customer service issues, and ensure customers are well taken care of.
• Manage Social Media Coordinator: Provide leadership and direction to drive impactful strategies and achieve key metrics.
• Promote Products Organically: Create strategies and content plans to organically sell company products.
