Champions School of Real Estate is actively seeking a strategically minded Social Media Manager to join our Austin Team.

The role aims to enhance our current social media channels by increasing student and customer engagement while maintaining the Champions School of Real Estate brand and voice.

We are looking for a candidate who can create compelling content, expand our audience, implement new strategies, and foster a sense of community.

The ideal candidate should stay updated on the latest social media trends, platforms, and technologies, using metrics to adapt strategies and achieve optimal results.

This role requires comfort in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, collaborating within a small team, and occasionally taking initiative in an entrepreneurial setting.

Experience in interacting with department leads and company stakeholders in a privately held, women-owned company is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and execute a social media post calendar.
  • Develop and maintain brand initiatives, company awareness, and foster a sense of community on social media.
  • Write and edit copy for social media, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and terminology specific to the brand and real estate industry.
  • Collaborate with teachers and students to develop success stories and follow up on key milestones.
  • Work with campuses and marketing teams to develop and execute creative multimedia posts.
  • Assist in managing live stream content on social channels.
  • Develop strategies to increase online engagement, gain new followers, and grow subscribers.
  • Respond to and moderate all social media interactions on various platforms.
  • Gather, measure, and analyze data for social media campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with the latest best practices and technologies.
  • Proficient use of social media tools such as Later, FB Business, Canva, Link tree, Sprout, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.
  • Experience in Analytics, SEO, CPC, CPM, and email marketing is a bonus.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, new media, journalism, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Outstanding written communication skills.
  • Proficient use of social media scheduling software.
  • Experience with running and managing paid ad campaigns on social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with monitoring metrics.
  • Strong computer skills using Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and Monday Project management.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday (candidates will work at the Austin campus location).
