As a Social Media and Web Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content daily on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. This includes creating original text, photos, videos, and news posts.
• Communicating with followers, responding to queries in a timely manner, and monitoring customer reviews.
• Creating a monthly newsletter.
• Maintaining and updating various websites.
• Suggesting and implementing new features to develop brand awareness, such as promotions and competitions.
• Staying up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications

Experience:

• Experience with Canva
• Photo and video editing software skills, such as Photoshop and Premiere
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
• Experience with web design software
• Previous experience generating, editing, and publishing engaging content on social media platforms
• Previous experience maintaining and updating websites
