Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute an innovative social media strategy that aligns with Nuvolum’s brand and business objectives. Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Experiment with different content formats, such as videos, infographics, and interactive posts.
  • Community Building: Foster and engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly. Build and maintain a strong online presence for Nuvolum, ensuring a positive and authentic brand image.
  • Innovative Campaigns: Conceptualize and execute creative and innovative social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results
  • Trendspotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platforms. Recommend and implement emerging trends that align with Nuvolum’s goals.
  • Social Listening: Conduct social listening to gather insights, identify customer sentiments, and proactively address issues or opportunities.
  • Budget Management: Manage the social media budget efficiently, ensuring the best ROI on paid campaigns and promotions.
