As our Social Media Manager with HubSpot experience, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic/leads, and increase engagement with our target audience. Utilizing your proficiency in HubSpot, you will also work closely with our marketing and content teams to optimize campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to improve our social media presence and overall marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s brand identity, marketing objectives, and target audience to enhance online visibility and engagement.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging, relevant, and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
  • HubSpot Management: Utilize HubSpot’s social media management tools to schedule, publish, and monitor social media posts, track analytics, and automate marketing processes.
  • Community Engagement: Foster and nurture online communities by engaging with followers, and responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze social media performance data and produce insightful reports to identify trends, track KPIs, and recommend improvements for social media campaigns.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize social media campaigns based on data-driven insights and industry best practices to improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the content team to align social media efforts with content marketing strategies, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
  • Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates to implement cutting-edge strategies and remain ahead of competitors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
  • Demonstrated expertise in using HubSpot for social media management and marketing automation.
  • Proficient in leveraging social media analytics tools to gather insights and optimize performance.
  • Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and visual content creation skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to make data-driven decisions.
