Rowe Plastic Surgery is seeking a passionate and creative Medical Practice Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality photo and video content, managing social media pages, and attracting new patients to the practice. This exciting position includes filming live procedures in the operating room, so applicants should be comfortable in a surgery setting. The ideal candidate should have experience in smartphone photography and videography, as well as growing social media pages organically.

Responsibilities:

• Develop social media content strategies and posting calendars.
• Create contest and giveaway strategies to attract new page followers.
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of patients during non-surgical procedures and surgeons delivering patient care.
• Film and edit patient testimonial videos.
• Film and edit provider educational videos.
• Respond to all direct messages (DMs) and comments on posts.

Weekly Schedule:

• Monday: Manhattan office day (capturing in-office photos/videos, scheduling content posts).
• Tuesday: Live procedure filming in NJ operating room.
• Wednesday: Manhattan office day (capturing in-office photos/videos, editing content, responding to DMs and comments).
• Thursday: Live procedure filming in NJ operating room.
• Friday: Manhattan office day (scheduling new patients, editing content, responding to DMs and comments).

Qualifications:

• Experience managing business pages on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Proficiency in capturing and editing high-quality videos and photos for social media.
• Proven track record of organic social media growth.
• Strong communication skills for directing patients and providers during photo/video shoots.

Note: Experience in healthcare is recommended but not required.
