As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our marketing team, responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with the brand and objectives of our clients in Europe and North America.

You will have the opportunity to engage our audience, drive engagement, and promote our video content across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create and manage a content calendar to plan and schedule social media posts.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

Content Creation:

• Create engaging and visually appealing social media content, including images, videos, and written content.
• Collaborate with our creative team to ensure the production of compelling content.

Audience Engagement:

• Interact with our audience by responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Foster and grow our online community by encouraging user-generated content and engagement.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track social media performance using relevant tools and platforms.
• Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
• Prepare regular reports and present insights to stakeholders.

Social Media Advertising:

• Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
• Optimize ad performance to achieve desired results.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience in social media management or a similar role is a plus but not essential.
• Strong creative and content creation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• A deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
