Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to lead the development of Sileria Inc.’s social media channels.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media marketing and strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our online presence and engage with our target audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, curate, and manage all social media channels, including but not limited to Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop social media strategies to build and grow our social presence and followers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry news and trends, and post relevant content on our channels.
• Engage with our social media followers, respond to inquiries, and foster positive interactions on a daily basis.
• Research and pitch technology-related ideas for Tweets, Blogs, and Vlogs.
• Edit blog posts and other marketing or product content for grammar, voice, and structure.
• Ensure that content complies with SEO best practices.

Required Skills:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in social media networking, including Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in digital market research, online campaign management, digital promotions, and lead generation.
• Basic experience with WordPress Blogging.
• Basic knowledge of SEO.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Creative marketing skill set is a plus.
• Quick learner with a willingness to explore new techniques and technologies.
• Ability to work creatively and efficiently.
• Strong team player with a professional attitude and punctuality.
• Results-oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
