Job Title: Social Media Coordinator

Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles

Job Duties:

• Managing and implementing a social media calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Scheduling and posting content in accordance to the social media calendar timeline
• Creating and curating topical social media content on semi-weekly basis include reels and posts
• Managing ads plan and handling social media response
• Managing reporting related to social media metrics and sentiment
• Miscellaneous tasks that the marketing team requires assistance with

Qualifications:

• Social media management experience
• Experience in creating short form video content and product photography
• Ability to develop creative, engaging and original content
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of SEO and web metrics
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Bonus points: proficiency using any project management tools
