As a Social Media Coordinator focusing on the Mortgage Loan Officers (MLO) program, you will play a pivotal role in growing our business lines, particularly in Mortgage.

Working closely with the Mortgage Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager, you will contribute to the overall success of the company by enhancing the social media efforts of our Mortgage Loan Officers across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. MLO Program Ownership:
    • Serve as the primary social media coordinator for the MLO program, ensuring a consistent company voice and adherence to brand standards.
    • Plan, implement, and monitor MLO social pages on all channels across the entire footprint.
  2. Training and Education:
    • Provide 1 on 1 or group social media training for Mortgage Lenders and department leaders.
    • Collaborate with local market leaders and marketing executives across the company’s footprint.
  3. Reporting and Strategy:
    • Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting on the MLO social media program.
    • Manage and enhance the overall strategy of the MLO social media program.
  4. Digital Expertise:
    • Utilize social Content Management Platform (Hootsuite) to execute and measure social media impact.
    • Stay informed on new and emerging social media trends and integrate them into overall marketing strategies.
  5. Collaboration and Budget Management:
    • Collaborate with local market leaders and marketing executives.
    • Help manage the Mortgage Marketing budget.
  6. User Experience Improvement:
    • Provide input into the ongoing process of improving the user experience on the company’s website.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, and/or Communications.
  • Minimum 2 years of marketing experience, with social media experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage project tasks.
  • Understanding of the social media landscape; experience with Social Studio, Hootsuite, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and creative thinking.
  • Ability to work independently with various business stakeholders.
