Resonate is seeking a hyper-connected, socially engaged, content crafter to create and execute social media campaigns, including copywriting and editing, and creating visual content, across several social platforms to increase engagement, revenue and brand promotion and awareness. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan a social editorial calendar that fully realizes the Resonate brand promise and value proposition.
  • Serve as the social media point of contact and ensure positive experiences for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and execute social media campaigns for awareness and demand generation across multiple platforms.
  • Managing social campaigns to ensure key performance indicator delivery.
  • Continually monitor and examine key social media performance indicators, analyze performance, make recommendations that optimize exposure and user engagement, and produce reports for the social media channels.
  • Monitor and maintain an on-going awareness of all social media and digital marketing developments and like-minded branding, competitors, trends, etc.
  • Act as the voice of Resonate and rAI.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree & 2+ years’ experience with managing social media marketing efforts.
  • Undeniably awesome verbal and written communications skills.
  • Keen ability to manage multiple projects with non-flexible deadlines.
  • Team-oriented mindset, with creative ability to problem-solve.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Familiarity working across social media and digital platforms such as Canva, Hootsuite, WordPress and other digital or photo-editing software programs. HTML and CSS experience is a win.
