As a Social Media Coordinator , you will develop content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand.

Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.

  • Adhering to calendar/project deadlines
  • Daily monitoring of analytics across various social platforms
  • Research audience preferences, discover current trends and suggest new ways to attract prospective customers
  • Create engaging text, image and video content
  • Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around products
  • Measure web traffic and monitor SEO
  • Stay up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum success
  • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to inquiries
  • Report on online reviews and feedback from customers

What you bring to the role:

  • Expertise in social media platforms such as; Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Multitasking and analytical skills
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator

Salary Range: $55,000 – $60,000 a year
