Pacific Catch is looking for a Seasoned Marketing and Social Media Coordinator!
The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator supports the Chief Marketing Officer on planning and execution of Pacific Catch’s overall brand building activities, and acts as the primary owner and community manager on the brand’s social media channels. Position is expected to help drive sales and guest counts by supporting the development and implementation of marketing initiatives and plans.

SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position. The typical workweek will be Monday through Friday with some nights and weekends required. The corporate office is located in Corte Madera.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage scheduling and publication of content on all PC social media channels and provide community engagement support
- Manage relationship between the company and influencers / content creators
- Liaise with freelance graphic design, photography, videography and other creative partners to manage the production of digital content and other assets
- Be the day-to-day contact for key partners in sustainability, clean oceans, surfing and other health and wellness organizations
- Participate in local store marketing initiatives and work with restaurant teams to execute effectively
- Support printing, shipping and tracking of all marketing materials to restaurants.
- Support planning and logistics for meetings and marketing events
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILL SET
- BA or BS degree
- 2+ years of experience in social media, marketing and communications
- Knowledge of social media planning tools (e.g. Sprout Social or Hootsuite)
- Experience of working with outside agencies, freelancers and other contractors
- Ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrate a blend of both creativity with practical implementation
- Strong organization and communication skills
PHYSICAL
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 5 hours in length.
- Must be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
COMPENSATION
- $60,000 – $70,000 per year
