We are seeking a talented, motivated Social Media Coordinator to collaborate with our Marketing & Communications team. You will oversee all things social and branding for DBA and undertake a range of responsibilities from designing and executing social media content rollout to developing newsletters and trend reports to unifying company brand identity and any special projects in between.

This role requires a highly detail-oriented and imaginative individual who can operate within a quick-paced environment to create engaging visual content across platforms. Our ideal candidate has experience with social media management, a strong portfolio of successful design work, and a comprehensive, understanding of branding principles.

This position will directly report into a VP, Brand Partnerships.

Salary: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 annually B.O.E.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prioritize and manage multiple creative projects.
  • Populate and organize content calendar.
  • Create content and develop illustrations, graphics, and designs for social media platforms.
  • Act as a as a community manager for DBA’s social channels (LinkedIn, Threads, Instagram, and TikTok)
  • Craft copywriting in company tone of voice across different platforms.
  • Develop and edit DBA’s monthly newsletter.
  • Update DBA’s website on a monthly basis.
  • Work closely with DBA talent team and identify talent updates to share across platforms.
  • Compile comprehensive social trend reports for clients and buyers.
  • Maintain DBA’s visual identity and branding and across all company touchpoints and channels (presentations, decks, etc.)
  • Work closely with direct supervisor to ensure deadlines and goals are met.
  • Make recommendations on updating style guidelines where appropriate.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years in social media, Brand Partnerships, or other related role

  • Superior communication, both written and verbal.
  • Photo and video editing skills.
  • Ability to effectively work with clients, as well as internal teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and extremely organized.
  • Adherent to deadlines and follow-through.
  • Monitors digital landscape and in tune with trends and popular culture.
  • Digitally savvy, extremely hard-working, problem-solving, and culturally aware.
  • Strong desire to work with digital talent and interest in the creator economy.

SOFTWARE SKILLS:

  • Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite Applications.
  • Shared doc drives/platforms such as BOX and Dropbox.
  • Presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Canva.
  • Experience with Adobe Design Suite.
  • Email marketing with Mailchimp.
  • WordPress and a basic understanding of HTML code (a plus).
