About The Role

As an Entry-Level Social Media Coordinator at The Tower, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management and support our marketing team’s efforts. You will play a vital role in helping create and execute social media strategies, engaging our audience, and promoting our video content across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

Social Media Content Creation:

  • Assist in creating and curating engaging social media content, including images, videos, and written content.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure the production of compelling visuals and messaging.

Social Media Management:

  • Monitor and manage our social media accounts, including posting and scheduling content.
  • Interact with our online community by responding to comments and messages promptly.

Content Calendar:

  • Support the development and maintenance of a content calendar for social media posts.
  • Help plan and schedule content to align with marketing strategies.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Assist in tracking social media performance using relevant tools and platforms.
  • Contribute to data analysis efforts to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.

Audience Engagement:

  • Foster and grow our online community by encouraging user-generated content and engagement.
  • Share audience feedback and insights with the team to improve strategies.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent coursework/experience).
  • Strong interest in social media management with a desire to learn and grow in this field.
  • Creative and content creation skills, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic knowledge of social media management tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
