Woodside Communities

Support the organizational goals of Woodside, Anderson Farms, The Village at Woodside, Village Apartments, Aiken Design Center, Carolina Signature Homes, Village Fitness, and The Village Café with consistently exceptional content development for use on our social media platforms. This position reports directly to the Corporate Marketing Director and, ultimately, the President of Administration.

Specific Responsibilities

• Create the copy and graphics for organic social media accounts for the following companies: Woodside, Anderson Farms, The Village at Woodside, Village Apartments, Aiken Design Center, Carolina Signature Homes, Village Fitness, and The Village Café.
• Manage and keep the following social media sites updated on a weekly basis depending on the company: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Houzz, YouTube, Vimeo, TikTok, Google My Business, NextDoor, and LinkedIn.
• Assist in team professional development as needed with training for other department team members.
• Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitor marketing activities, and use this information to make strategic recommendations for enhancing Company marketing activities.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience with Canva or a similar graphic design software is preferred
• A history of managing multiple social media platforms, specifically Facebook and Instagram
• Strong writing and design skills
• Time management skills include multitasking skills, problem-solving skills, and strong organizational skills.
• Efficient verbal and written communication skills
