We are seeking a Social Media Associate who is enthusiastic, proactive, and highly skilled in managing social media platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of social media trends and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to promote our products/services and increase brand visibility.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze social media data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms to incorporate new strategies and techniques into our social media efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or business.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and visually appealing content.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of video editing are a plus.
