Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and optimization of our social media presence across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content, including images, videos, and captions
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement and growth
- Track and analyze social media analytics and provide reports on key metrics
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and tools
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Sprout Social
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus
