As a Social Media Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing our brand’s online presence and engaging with our target audience across various social media platforms.

You will work closely with our Social Media Manager to create, curate, and publish content that resonates with our audience, and monitor and report on social media performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a digital-savvy individual to contribute to the growth and success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Assist in managing and scheduling social media posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others as relevant.
  • Audience Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media promptly and in a brand-appropriate manner. Foster meaningful connections with followers.
  • Social Media Monitoring: Monitor social media channels for trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for engagement or content creation.
  • Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to recommend and implement fresh strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
  • Basic graphic design and photography skills are a plus.
  • A passion for social media and a deep understanding of various social media platforms.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
