The Social Media and Digital Marketing Coordinator position is a member of Evapco’s corporate HVAC Sales and Marketing team and works closely with Product Managers and Application Engineers to develop and execute marketing strategies that support sales growth and customer satisfaction.

The person in this role must be a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers. That passion comes through as they engage with internal and external customers daily.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Oversee the social media platforms for the company (Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.)
  • Work with global operations to unify and promote products and events across all world regions
  • Manage online brand to raise brand awareness
  • Search engine optimization (SEO) for website
  • Manage content/revisions/updates for global websites
  • Improve the usability, design, and content for the global websites
  • Responsible for working with third party marketing firm in creating original, high quality ad content, planning and budgeting for ad spend
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
  • Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content (e.g., employee recognition etc.)
  • Create a regular publishing schedule of content
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads
  • Develop and expand community outreach efforts
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategies as needed
  • Responsible for working with third party graphic designer to create/edit marketing collateral
  • Responsible for working with internal marketing teams to help create/edit marketing collateral
  • Organize/maintain/add to digital library
  • Work with third party PR company to identify and develop case study type content

Position Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience with social media marketing
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas to others
  • Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide others when necessary
  • Demonstrates winning customer service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution
