With a commitment to excellence, we are seeking an individual who will play a pivotal role in enhancing NET’s brand presence across various platforms, contributing to increased exposure and reaching a national and international audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Uphold and promote the NET brand across social platforms, aligning with brand goals and strategies.
  • Assist in the development and execution of Customer Experience, Marketing, Communication, and Sales objectives.
  • Create and maintain graphics for email, social media, website, and other communications.
  • Develop high-quality images and videos to meet brand, marketing, and advertising goals.
  • Maintain and update the company’s website regularly.
  • Contribute to the development of a comprehensive social media strategy to engage and expand NET’s following.
  • Create and schedule social media and internal communication posts on platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Write compelling copy for all communication channels.
  • Monitor and respond to online activity across social media channels.
  • Enhance internal communications, fostering a complete digital communication approach.
  • Encourage increased social media participation among employees.
  • Create collateral such as PIMs, brochures, cards, pamphlets, ads, and other printed or digital materials.
  • Analyze and assist in the development of strategies for social media and website traffic to enhance organizational reach.
  • Provide data analytics and performance analysis, maintaining and developing metrics.
  • Actively participate in the marketing, communications, sales, and public relations team, contributing to the achievement of company goals.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for presentations and reports.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Initiative and resourcefulness, demonstrating the ability to see projects through to completion.
  • Genuine curiosity and a desire to learn, adapting to the company’s evolving needs.
  • Graphic design experience is essential, along with a minimum of 3 years in graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
  • Some college and/or certifications in relevant areas are preferred.
  • Solid background in customer service, communications, event planning, and design.
  • Experience in running or working with a social media calendar.
