As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s digital narrative, forging connections, and amplifying our presence across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fuel Creativity: Collaborate with our team to develop, launch, and analyze compelling social media content that captivates our audience.
  • Content Innovation: Curate and continuously refresh a content library that keeps our brand vibrant and relevant. Optimize content delivery to empower franchisees in their online engagement.
  • Strategic Stewardship: Lead our social media strategy, managing posting schedules and conversation calendars to keep our brand voice consistent.
  • SEO Expertise: Work with internal and external partners to infuse relevant SEO keywords into our conversations and posts for maximum impact.
  • Reputation Management: Partner with our PR team for reputation management and social listening, using insights to fuel future content.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including Franchise Marketing, PR, Ops/Engagement Center, On-Boarding, PR, and Agency Marketing Support to support organic content and campaign ideas.
  • Brand Ambassador: Maintain and enhance our brand’s tone-of-voice and personality in all posts and responses.
  • Analytics and Strategy: Analyze and report on monthly social media metrics, offering valuable recommendations to refine our strategy.
  • Thought Leadership: Engage in relevant brand and cultural conversations, seizing quick opportunities to stay ahead.
  • Influencer Engagement: Identify and connect with industry or financial influencers/media to inspire our social media strategy.

Education, Experience and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of related experience. Knowledgeable about Marketing techniques, and the importance of brand standards and must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Experience with social posting platforms like Hootsuite is a must.
  • CRM experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Automation software is a plus.
  • Social Media certification from HubSpot, Coursera, or other platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and cultural relevance in your work.
  • A superior customer service mindset, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
  • Superior interpersonal skills; must be able to deliver developmental feedback in a way in which it is well received
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong independent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Willingness to learn and implement new concepts and skills.
