Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to develop, launch, and analyze compelling social media content.
• Curate and continuously refresh a content library to keep the brand vibrant and relevant.
• Lead the social media strategy, managing posting schedules and conversation calendars.
• Work on SEO optimization and infuse relevant keywords into conversations and posts.
• Partner with the PR team for reputation management and social listening.
• Collaborate with various teams to support organic content and campaign ideas.
• Maintain and enhance the brand’s tone-of-voice and personality in all posts and responses.
• Analyze and report on monthly social media metrics, offering recommendations to refine the strategy.
• Engage in relevant brand and cultural conversations to stay ahead.
• Identify and connect with industry or financial influencers/media to inspire the social media strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 2-3 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience with social posting platforms like Hootsuite is required.
• CRM experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Marketing Automation software is a plus.
• Social Media certification from HubSpot, Coursera, or other platforms is an advantage.
