Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert and go-to resource for information related to social media platforms and their respective online communities
• Proactively seek out brand opportunities via social listening
• Identify and connect with influencers and brand advocates in authentic, brand-right ways
• Monitor competitors as well as organic performance to inform reporting and optimizations
• Quality assurance of all content, both paid and organic
• Monitor trends and provide timely recommendations for how clients can capitalize on key moments to consistently reinforce their brand

Other Essential Duties

• Contribute to content brief development and help lead content kickoff workshops
• Develop reports and work across teams to proactively elevate insights and opportunities
• Key content representative during live events and activations
• Stay up to date on new social media platforms, ad offerings, content publishers, tools, trends and best practices
• Participate in annual integrated campaign planning
• Write POVs and recommendations for brand actions and real-time marketing opportunities
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members
• Participate in brainstorms and facilitate when appropriate

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant content experience, agency experience preferred
• Proven experience managing a brand’s social channels and measuring success
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both written and oral
• Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize and be adaptable to change
• Ability to work autonomously and take the lead on projects
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Creative problem solver with strong critical thinking skills to manage the unknown
