Evidence In Motion’s Digital Marketing team is seeking a Paid Social Media Specialist that can help us in our mission to reimagine health care education.

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

  • Manage, create and deploy PAID Social Media ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, benchmarking, channel planning projections, and reach and frequency review.
  • Set up ad tagging and tracking while working with University Partner stakeholders and vendors to implement pixels and form code placement on marketing web properties.
  • Display excellent paid social media campaign management, budget management, and ad copywriting and editing skills.
  • Administer planning and bid management tools to effectively deliver on campaign pacing and goals.
  • Leverage analytics to analyze and report on campaign performance, including pacing, KPIs, trends and future recommendations regularly.
  • Collaborate on data visualization dashboards for partner campaigns.
  • Stay up to date on new advertising opportunities and social media industry trends and best practices.
  • Manage data-driven campaigns through all aspects of multi-channel direct marketing, including planning, campaign execution and results monitoring.
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments on behalf of partners where appropriate.
  • Recommend campaign landing page strategies and collaborate with vendor partners on lander optimizations.
  • Manage monthly invoices from partner advertising platforms.
  • Deploy test and learn initiatives to deliver integrated engagement strategies.
  • Identify, analyze and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, consumer research and competitive intelligence.
  • Use problem-solving and organization skills, demonstrate attention to detail, and manage multiple high-profile campaigns.
  • Coordinate projects by collaborating with the marketing team and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with graphic design team and program strategists to ensure paid digital campaigns have an optimal user experience.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable platform expertise with Meta and other ad serving platforms
  • Experience creating advanced audience segments
  • Comfortable with both autonomous and collaborative work
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Careful attention to detail
  • Ability to handle data with confidentiality
  • Ability to distill data and metrics into actionable insights that support clear recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership, juggle multiple work streams, and deliver on timelines
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, English, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of PAID Digital Marketing Experience
  • 2-3 years of PAID social media ads planning and buying experience
  • Experience working in an agency environment is preferred, but not required
  • Landing page design and coding experience preferred
