Our client is a growing CPG organization with an incredible mission. Due to their impressive pattern of growth, they are looking for a Multimedia and Social Media Specialist to join their marketing team. This individual will lead and execute the social media and content strategy for the business, including video.

Multimedia and Social Media Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute an innovative social media strategy that amplifies the brand voice across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and emerging platforms
  • Manage and curate engaging interactive content, including video, that embodies the brand, resonating with target audiences
  • Stay ahead of the game by mastering the latest features, algorithms and trends on Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and Instagram; adapt strategies accordingly to maximize reach, engagement and conversions
  • Use tools for design, video editing and sound editing to produce high-quality multimedia content
  • Establish and nurture a thriving online community by fostering genuine connections, responding to inquiries and fostering meaningful conversations
  • Create and schedule posts, monitor social media channels, respond to comments and engage with followers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure multimedia materials and content messaging align with the organization’s goals and branding
  • Analyze social media data and generate actionable insights, shaping future campaigns and enhancing overall performance

Multimedia and Social Media Specialist Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience within a Social Media/Multimedia or Digital Marketing role
  • A proven track record in creating and managing successful social media campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and Instagram
  • Experience creating and editing video content
  • Deep understanding of the social media landscape, with a passion for mastering the intricacies of algorithms
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A data-driven mindset, capable of extracting actionable insights from social media metrics and making data-backed decisions
  • Strong project management skills, capable of juggling multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
