We are an innovative energy technology company seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing, advertising, and social media efforts to enhance our brand presence and engagement. The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day activities and maintaining a strong relationship with company executives, project managers, industry organizations, and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies for advertising new and existing products.
  • Write, edit, and develop content for various print and digital formats, ensuring consistent core messaging and brand integrity.
  • Enforce brand integrity across all Company subsidiaries, divisions, and social media accounts.
  • Organize and manage participation in client events, promotional events, and trade shows, including coordinating staffing, promotional materials, deliveries, set up, and client engagement.
  • Brainstorm fresh advertising ideas with senior management.
  • Develop and conduct all digital marketing efforts.
  • Maintain the Corporate Presentation template, inclusive of updated information and graphics.
  • Write strategically and effectively for multiple audiences and mediums, including executive speeches, letters, video scripts, FAQs, and other materials.
  • Maintain the company’s video and photo digital catalog.
  • Develop, produce, procure, and manage all marketing collateral, promotional materials, event booths, and company apparel.
  • Plan and manage social events for domestic clients, including invitations, logistics, etc.
  • Prepare and maintain the corporate marketing budget on an annual basis.
  • Maintain the Company’s social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube).
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and generate content for the Company’s social media accounts.
  • Plan upcoming content and schedule posts on multiple platforms.
  • Respond to comments from visitors to the Company’s social media accounts.
  • Develop monthly reports, including metrics of engagement and follower accounts.

Qualifications:

  • 0-5+ years of marketing and social media experience, preferably in a technically oriented company.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, English, marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of message delivery options including print, social media, public relations, and other digital formats.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, MailChimp, and Social Media Platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube).
  • Experience with Cyberlink or equivalent is a plus.
  • Ability to create interactive animations for social and marketing material is a plus.
  • Strong creative eye for detail and layout.
  • Time management skills with the ability to multitask and thrive in a team environment under tight deadlines.
  • U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident Status preferred.
  • Must be able to travel to industry events (>25% travel).
