Lionbridge is actively seeking a savvy communicator and storyteller who will be responsible for promoting Lionbridge’s mission and purpose across a range of social media and external communications channels. You will partner with stakeholders in diverse roles, business units, and geographies to craft compelling communications campaigns that advance Lionbridge’s organizational goals and resonate with target audiences.

This position will play a key role in developing and advancing Lionbridge’s global external communications strategy. The right candidate will be curious, intuitive, detail oriented, and equipped with the leadership skills to help take Lionbridge’s brand to the next level. What You Will Do

  • Develop, implement, and oversee all aspects of Lionbridge’s social media activities, including management of corporate social media properties, development of effective social media content, and community engagement
  • Monitor results, define metrics/KPIs, and generate reports for internal stakeholders
  • Champion social media governance across the company and drive internal awareness of external communications activities
  • Cultivate relationships with industry media contacts to generate earned media opportunities
  • Propose and craft press releases, thought leadership pieces, panel topic proposals, and awards submissions
  • Prepare internal stakeholders for interviews and speaking engagements
  • Support Communications team with additional internal communications, crisis communications, and employee/community engagement tasks as needed

To Be Successful You Will Have

  • 3-5 years of social media and communications experience within a B2B environment
  • Experience operating within a variety of social media platforms and project management tools
  • Excellent copywriting skills with a keen sense for brand voice, strong digital instincts, and a high level of attention to detail
  • Expert-level command of the use of social media for corporate communications with a passion for learning about technologies and trends in the digital marketing space
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to achieve results in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, business administration, communications, or similar field
