As the Associate Director of Social Media at Kimberly-Clark, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the social media presence of our iconic brands.

Your responsibilities will range from developing social strategies to fostering relationships with influencers and agencies. By leveraging your expertise in social media management, you’ll contribute to delivering better care for billions of consumers worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Strategy Development: Spearhead the development of social strategies in alignment with brand growth objectives, ensuring best-in-class standards across the organization.
  • Content Planning and Creation: Collaborate with brand teams to devise content plans tailored to social platforms, driving brand equity, engagement, and cultural relevance.
  • Insights and Analytics: Utilize social tools to gather insights, monitor competitive activity, and translate data into actionable strategies to achieve brand objectives.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a solutions-oriented team focused on driving results in social media management, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with external agency partners and internal stakeholders to influence social media strategy, creative content, and performance reporting best practices.
  • Industry Representation: Serve as a subject matter expert in social and cultural marketing, representing Kimberly-Clark at industry leadership forums.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in social media roles, with a minimum of 3+ years in strategic or client services positions.
  • Expertise in social content strategy, organic and paid marketing, influencer collaboration, and analytics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in social listening tools and a deep understanding of social platform algorithms.
  • Experience in team leadership and stakeholder management within a matrixed organization.
  • Preferred: Experience in creative brief writing, content creation, and agency collaboration.
