Job Summary

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist who is innovative, numbers-driven, customer-focused, hands-on, and focused on delivering outstanding results for our eCommerce stores. You will take a lead in branding and marketing efforts, as well managing affiliates, influencers, and other customer-related segments.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Utilize creativity to create and publish content on all social media platforms to grow target audience, build brand awareness and boost sales.
  • Planning the company’s social media strategy.
  • Building out company goals, strategic tactics to explore, test, experiment, and optimize different social media channels
  • Strategize and execute paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Tiktok Ads) based on internal and external factors such as inventory, customer data, market trends, etc.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, using both quantitative and qualitative analysis to draw insights for optimization.
  • Work closely with sales and customer service to improve and create sales funnel strategies
  • Daily management of affiliates, influencers, and other partnerships.
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and content vendors.
  • Assist with managing social media channels for several ecommerce brands

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field is required.
  • 2+ years’ experience with marketing, branding, advertising, and/or customer relationship management
  • Experience with Shopify is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills, demonstrated passion for digging into data to test hypotheses and continually improve results.
  • Exceptional communicator with a desire to improve processes and positively impact the organization.
  • Must have a service mindset; experience in client oral services is a major plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
