Social Media Strategist

What You Will Be Doing
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification and maintains editorial calendar
- Manage company social accounts
- Generate, edit, publish, and share content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to engage
- Monitor company online communities and presence, as well as for posts and responds when applicable
- Identify opportunities to enhance social media interaction with customers, clients, and influencers
- Stay current on latest social media tools and trends
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with moderation policy for each community
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices
- Other related duties assigned as needed
What You Bring
- Proven work experience in social media field, with five or more years of social media experience and knowledge of social analytics tools
- Must be skilled in current and emerging media content, community development, etc
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Knowledgeable of payments industry or financial technology space desired
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
