Clearly Filtered is seeking a talented and strategic Social Media Lead to join our growing e-commerce team! This role will be pivotal in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, subscriber growth through creative and data-driven social media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both social media marketing and the e-commerce landscape, with a passion for storytelling and driving results. This role reports to the VP of Marketing and E-commerce.

What you will do:

1. Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the unique needs of a subscription-based e-commerce business. Align social media efforts with overarching marketing and business objectives.

2. Content Creation: Conceptualize, create, and curate compelling content for social media platforms, including product highlights, lifestyle imagery, user-generated content, and promotional campaigns. Ensure content resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.

3. Platform Management: Manage and optimize all social media platforms relevant to the brand, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across channels.

4. Community Building: Foster a vibrant and engaged community of followers and subscribers through proactive engagement, responding to comments and messages, and cultivating relationships with influencers and brand advocates.

5. Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and measure the performance of social media campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers, retaining existing subscribers, and increasing customer lifetime value. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with promotions, product launches, and seasonal initiatives.

6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and native platform insights. Analyze data to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

7. Customer Insights: Utilize social listening tools and feedback channels to gain insights into customer preferences, behaviors, and sentiments. Leverage insights to inform content creation, product development, and overall marketing strategy.

8. Stay Current: Stay abreast of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and e-commerce best practices. Experiment with new features, formats, and tactics to stay ahead of the competition and drive innovation.

What you will need to have:

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
– 7+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
– Proven track record of managing and growing social media channels, with tangible results in customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue generation.
– Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising tools.
– Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
– Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and subscription models is a plus.
– Strength in sourcing, allocating, and managing both internal and external resources to accomplish agreed upon goals.

Salary Range:
$90,000.00 – $110,000.00 annually depending on experience, education, and qualifications.
