The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and increase followership across all relevant platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in social media management, content creation, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy:
    • Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing objectives and target audience.
    • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns and initiatives.
  • Content Creation and Curation:
    • Create engaging and high-quality content for social media posts, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia assets.
    • Curate user-generated content and leverage trending topics to enhance brand visibility and drive audience engagement.
  • Platform Management:
    • Manage and maintain all company social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Community Engagement:
    • Foster meaningful interactions with followers and influencers to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
    • Participate in relevant industry conversations and engage with relevant communities to increase brand visibility and awareness.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze social media metrics, including reach, engagement, and conversion rates, to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
    • Generate regular reports summarizing key insights and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing social media strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing paid social media campaigns is a plus.
