Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and optimization of our social media presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content, including images, videos, and captions
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for engagement and growth
  • Track and analyze social media analytics and provide reports on key metrics
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and tools

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Sprout Social
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Basic graphic design skills are a plus
